Even though we have bailed out the banksters and made changes in how they plunder with overdraft fees, the banks figure we may soon only be able to use ATM's so why not get the high fees started. JP Morgan is trying to recoup the $30 billion bank have lost in overdrafts.
Nessa Feddis, spokeswoman with the American College of Consumer Financial Services, agreed there are "enormous pressures on banks because of lost revenue."
But she insisted that "most people don't pay ATM fees. Only non-customers who otherwise pay nothing to contribute to the cost of providing the ATMs pay the fee. That is fair because otherwise they are not contributing to the cost of providing the service."
She blamed "price controls that the government is imposing" for drastically limiting debit card interchange fees.
Price controls that the government is imposing!? Really I though I just gave your bankster ass a huge bailout.
Banksters say no one is forcing them to charge higher fees, and consumers can go somewhere else if they don't like it.
BOA's pays $410m
I knew Bank of America was screwing us along with all the other banksters and the proof is in as they pay $410 million in a overdraft lawsuit. BOA has been manipulating banking transaction to create overdraft fee. BOA and 30 other banks are in related lawsuits.

All the EPA stickers I have seen are for off road use to ride with one on the street kind of blows the meaning. To make sense of this is like making sense out of bailing out the banks.
