All the EPA stickers I have seen are for off road use to ride with one on the street kind of blows the meaning. To make sense of this is like making sense out of bailing out the banks. To call greed on Grubee is a real oxymoron when the real greed is also with the the dealers of non-EPA engines. Motored bike forums ban the discussion on EPA for fear of arguments and losing sponsors many of who are importers of fake EPA certified engines. A Chinese importer or non-EPA engines claims one factory gets certified and many other factories ship their engines on this certification. This country is owned by greed our senators and congressmen set the example for us. We learn that our corporations are given tax breaks after their lobbying BJ and then take work over seas. Could and increase in in import tariffs (like other countrys do to us) force companies to stay home? Would you rather work in a US factory building engines or buy them from China to support a Chinaman with your Burger King check? Since when has trickle down economics worked? The rich don't provide jobs they hoard money. Ignorance is not a condition its a way of life. World economy doesn't work if all the money flows from one country into another and is not a circular motion. You don't piss if you don't drink liquids and that water you just drank probably was piss at some time and remember shoving food up your ass doesn't cause you to shit from your mouth.
